But since I am living in Japan only some cucumber pickles have to do.<br />Thank you very much for all these wonderful recipes, pictures and information about chinese cooking and Hong Kong. ❤️ 香港!<br />KasiaAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05890125356647082205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199617894116272192.post-79610520957547253362017-09-06T08:34:46.400+08:002017-09-06T08:34:46.400+08:00Hi Michelle - so silly of me, I removed your words...Hi Michelle - so silly of me, I removed your words so I'm putting them here:<br /><br />"Thank you for your tip ! I haven't seen it in HK, though I haven't really looked for it. We are so pleased that it brought you back some old memories! But then food is like that isn't it, so delicious and so powerful too! ~ellenEllen L.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04351866420701745528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199617894116272192.post-37154270705159878932014-12-14T13:47:43.506+08:002014-12-14T13:47:43.506+08:00I have not seen (and therefore not thought about) ...I have not seen (and therefore not thought about) Daliang Buffalo Cheese since when I was little in HK. Just a thin flake is enough for a bowl of congee. If you get a chance I hope you can try it. ~ellenEllen L.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04351866420701745528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199617894116272192.post-34089758256167272142014-08-03T10:28:14.054+08:002014-08-03T10:28:14.054+08:00Wow! Although you are right about putting almost anything into congee, I would never have thought of putting cheese in mine. I guess ever since I had my gallbladder removed, I'm a bit cautious about what I eat...no more greasy/oily foods that would upset my stomach.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
